1087: Your Meditating Right: Stop beating Yourself Up

I vacillate between telling people that meditation is easy or telling them it is hard.  I waffle because it's both.  The process itself can be easily learned.  However, to make it a beneficial practice it needs to be practiced each day.  Regardless of what I say, most people become frustrated at some point with their sessions.  Today I talk about why that is and how to rethink meditation to avoid those pitfalls.
