1088: There is Nothing to Fear in a Meditation

Earlier in my meditation life, the first time I experienced wisdom in a session, I was somewhat uneasy. I had never experienced some of the things I was feeling in my practice sessions. Thankfully, I had many great teachers who told me that what I was experiencing was not only “normal”, but actually something to aspire to. Today, I provide that reassurance for you.
