875: How to Meditate: Learning How to Observe Your Thoughts

Beginners to meditation have a difficult time seeing their thoughts as objects, as things.  They either become frustrated that they haven't been able to rid their minds of pervasive thoughts, or they follow a thought, adding emotion along with the journey.  Ultimately, as beginners become more adept, they will train their minds to see thoughts as things, to view them objectively.  Today is the perfect start to that goal.
