827: How Giving to Charity Makes You Happier

I am not even going to pretend.  I tell you that this podcast is for you, and it is 100%, except for today.  Today it is totally self serving.  I have an opportunity to help out a great charity and have some fun doing it.  I have been given an opportunity to rappel down a 24 story building and I am so excited to have the chance.  However, to have that opportunity I need to raise $1500.00 for the Greater Nashua Dental Connection.  It is a win-win, because the GNDC does amazing work so anything I can do to help I will gladly do.  But if I get to help them out and rappel down a building, that is the best thing ever.  With all that said, today's episode is about how giving to charity makes you happier.
