We all have woken up on some days just totally out of it, not feeling our best, wondering if the day was going to go as poorly we felt.  But, that is only one option.  You are absolutely correct, that if you leave the day to it's own devices, with you starting off feeling cra**y, then the day is probably going to stink.  So what do you do?  You change it, of course.  Today I am going to tell you the steps I take to turning a day around.  There are 5 of them and they are easy to master.
