705: 3 Challenges for Extroverts

It seems only fair that I discuss extroverts today with the same level of depth that I did yesterday with introverts.  Some introverts may disagree, saying that extroversion is lauded in our society and those who are introverts are marginalized and even represented as weak or lacking.

Obviously as we know from yesterday, that is not even close to the case.  Both personality traits have value.  And to our point for both days, the more we understand who we are and how we interact with the world the more able we are to create our life as opposed to having it created for us.

704: Three Challenges for Introverts

I will be the first to admit I do not know a great deal about introverts.  I do know enough to say that introverts are typically characterized as being shy, yet that pat definition is not only inaccurate, it's not that substantial.

Today, thanks to my good friends Jason Lee (Guest of Episode XXX) I will talk about what an introvert truly is.  And to his great suggestion, offer 5 challenges for introverts to help them experience life in a different way, a growing way that might not be their first choice.  As we all know, growth can come from a variety of places, and it's best to embrace them all.
