490: Clark Hamilton DePue - Author of Meditative Fitness

I am very pleased to welcome Clark Hamilton DePue to ZEN commuter.  He is the author of the groundbreaking book, Meditative Fitness.  In it he details a new process that he has developed that merges the physical aspects of exercise and Crossfit with the life affirming power of meditation.

You won't want to miss this episode if you want to begin to understand the benefits of meditation practice.
