489: You Are What You Think, Not What Others Think of You
To be lighter, to go through the day with less worries and troubles there are a few components that challenge many people. I talked about work-life balance yesterday but the other vexing component is silencing the worry of what other people think of you.
Today I talk about the reasons why each of us worry about what other people think of us. However, you know I wouldn't leave it at that. I go on to talk about ways to banish those worries.
