The Real Reason I Meditate and How It Can Help You

Anyone who knows me knows that I am an avid believer in the power of meditation.  It is unquestionable the best skill to know in order to live a better life.  However, for me, the practice of mindfulness is not simply for my benefit alone.  I see it as a way for the world to heal.  Today i talk about that mission and journey for myself, but also how you can practice meditation for yourself and feel the positive ways it changes you.
