Meditation is a perfect tool for increasing your attention span and also increasing your focus.  But since I get all jazzed up about knowing the neuroscience behind it, I thought i would share an article with you that talks about the science that proves meditation is good for both those things.  It comes to us from Psychology Today written by Josh Gowin
