914: If You Watch the News, You'll Want to Know This

You know how I feel about the news.  It's not a real thing anymore.  No, I am not talking about fake news.  I am talking about how the news is more interested in generating fear than promoting an accurate depiction of the world.  I could beg you to not watch the news, but for many people they have been conditioned to believe that they need to watch the news to appear educated and aware.  So if you do continue to watch the news, then at least keep up your meditation habit.  It will insulate you against the damaging effects of watching.
