644: The Science of Eating Late at Night

I am starting a new goal for my fitness.  Right now my body fat percentage is average.  I am not overweight.  Which is good.  But I am not a fan of being average. So I did some calculations and determined that I want my body fat percentage to be 12%.  To do that I need to lose 22.11 pounds of fat.

I am lucky that I have the knowledge to accomplish it.  Here's the thing though.  I never knew if eating healthy food at night would impede my ability to lose weight.  I have just learned that it does and I am going to share with you today why that is.
