640: Healthy Brain, Blood and Eyes - Hail the Beet!

It has been a while since I have talked about that beautiful machine we call a body.  Today though, I am going to make amends.  Originally I was going to talk about the five most nutrient dense vegetables, but each of those five had so many benefits I figured it would be too much.

So I limited it to just one killer (or actually lifesaver), the beet.  Like you, I was never a huge beet fan.  I never knew how to make them work in a recipe.  I didn't even have recipes for them.  Now that I have a juicer though I can get that beety goodness each morning.
