You are on a roll, aren't you? You are now starting the day off moving.  You are becoming quieter with who you are, learning about why you do what you do.  And you are now more productive in the evening.

What could possibly add to that?  how about going an entire hour without complaining?  That's the challenge for today.  go one hour without complaining to anyone or even yourself.
