Out culture here in the United States is wildly out of balance.  We insinuate on many occasions that countries and cultures that don't give back their vacation days are lazy.  We pride ourselves on always moving, always doing.

Well, those countries we mock will definitely be around much longer than we will since they know the benefits of balance.  Always working takes an horrific toll on our bodies and health.

Isn't it time to just chill out.  Come learn the benefits of doing nothing.
