468: Dream Week: How to Remember Your Dreams

Yesterday I spoke of the value of dreams, the very reason we dream, according to sleep researchers.  With that information deeply ingrained in your head the next logical step is to learn how to remember your dreams.

The skill will not only allow you to capitalize on your sleep state but also prepare you for the rest of the week when I talk about lucid dreaming, the process of becoming aware that you are dreaming in the dream itself.
