409: Need and Want, and How Maslow can Sort It Out

It seems that everyone seems to confuse the concept of need and want.  Today I wanted to talk about a psychologist from the past who truly understood need; Abraham Maslow.  In his theory of the Hierarchy of Needs he talked about how each of us has the capability to experience self-actualization.

His model took the healthiest of individuals and tried to determine what made them who they are.  By interviewing noteworthy successful people he was able to determine what each of us strives for.
