371: Use Your Body. Three Ways to Increase Happiness through Movement

Happiness happens within who you are.  Everyone seems to think that happiness happens in the head.  Since it is an emotion then it stands to reason that it exists nowhere else in the body.  Well, it does exist in the head but there are ways to move to get the neurotransmitters firing in the brain.

I am going to talk about three of them today.  If you are feeling particularly spunky this weekend then try and incorporate all of them into your days.
