There are so many personal development coaches and authors that extol the virtues of becoming fearless.  I would contend that we should never disavow any emotion we experience, including fear.  There is another option, and that is seeing fear, acknowledging it, and choosing to continue on with whatever worries you have.  Seeing fear and choosing to continue to act.  Today I talk about the four major fear that paralyze you and create stress, and I will tell you how meditation can help you work with fear.
