I have explained before that there are literally hundreds of ways to meditate.  However, I have been reticent to bring that up frequently because it may overwhelm people who already feel as if they are meditating the wrong way.  The good news is that even though there are a multitude of ways to meditate, most of those ways are variations on a few themes or styles.  This week I want to talk about some main types of meditation so you an find a method that best suits you.

What you Will learn in this Episode:

  • What Vedic meditation is
  • How Vedic meditation is practiced
  • The history of Vedic Meditation
