This entire week I have been extolling the benefits of meditation. I have been trying to let you guys know that the best way to live a calmer, healthier life is through meditation. There is absolutely no downfall to mindfulness. When practiced it enhances your life. Period.
Today I want to demonstrate how easy it is. I am going to lead you through a basic meditation that you can use as often as you like. It is important to let you know that the reason I hae attached the MP3 to this blog post as opposed to having it play through iTunes or Stitcher, is for your safety. I don't want anyone to attempt this while driving. It produces a very relaxed state of mind that is too relaxed for driving or operating heavy machinery.
