727: 13 Ways to Get Leaner

If you remember, I told you that I wanted to lose 10 pounds.  Well, the total is up to twelve now! Yup, I gained 2 pounds.  You might be thinking that yours truly is an unreliable source of fitness info, but thankfully, you would be incorrect.  I certainly will do what I would encourage you to do, don't give up and use the data and info you possess to make it happen.
