697: Learning to be Happy: The Reasons You go to Negative Places

We keep negative people in our lives even though it is in our best interest to confront them or eliminate them from our lives altogether.  We do the same thing with places.  we go to places that sap our energy and make us stressed.  While we think the reasons are good, it turns out that it is simply easier.  Yup, we hate to be inconvenienced so instead we just settle, and do what we always do, stay comfortable and let life happen to us.

696: Learning to be Happy: Identifying Places That Will Impede Your Calm

This week I am working with the premise I outlined last week; that to be happy you need to surround yourself with positivity.  The focus last week was on people. This week I am taking the same premise, yet instead of people I am going to be talking about places.

Each of us walk into places without any concern about how our environment. The places we frequent have the ability to shorten your lifespan.  It may sound far-fetched, but in this episode I will talk about how the negative energy in those places takes years off your life.
