ZC 375: The Five Pillars of the Happiest Life

I am asked constantly how it is that I am so happy all the time.  How do I maintain a positive attitude all the time.  I quickly respond that I am not happy all the time and if I was then I would be pretty darn boring.

Everyone has challenges.  Each of us will face adversity.  Yet in each of those moments there are pockets of hope and faith.  In all moments you can look to find the positive.  In doing so you will live a life of purpose and Joy.
