682: The Most Helpful Advice for Setting Goals

I hate to be cliche but this time of the year is the best time to talk about goals.  Did you notice that I said goals and not resolutions?  Resolutions are usually flimsy, half-baked wishes that arise from New Years Eve festivities.  Goals on the other hand are solid, well thought out, directions that are backed up with a plan to get them accomplished.  I think you know which is more helpful.

If the thought of creating goals is intimidating to you then you are going to want to listen to todays episode.  In it I talk about how to create goals that are tailored to your needs.  I will also review SMART goals.  Come listen.
