No doubt you have experienced a nagging feeling in your gut at some point in your life that basically says, "why are you doing this?"  What are we doing here and how the heck did I get here?

That nagging question can be abated by finding quiet time each day to ask your own question.  In this episode of ZEN commuter I talk about that very question.
