The goal every day should be to exercise your body, mind and spirit.  If you want to your life to become better then you have do different things each day, focusing on growth.  Last week I talked about how to exercise your body, feeding your body for optimal nutrition.

Today I am going to spend the same energy talking about how to exercise your brain.  Making sure you use your brain every day will deter or eliminate dementia later on in your life.  It will make you more interesting.
