329: How Much Exercise Should You Do a Day and How Do You Do That

Being the best you can be means making sure you taking steps to maintain a level of fitness that allows you to do all that you need to do.  It's tough to focus on anything when your body is fatigues or riddled with disease.  You can't focus on goals or dreams if you are tired.

This week the focus is going to be on exercise and fitness.  Starting today I am going to talk about ways to make exercise a habit as well as ways to exercise at work.  You won't want to miss it.
