288: Lighten Up: Five Ways to Spread Joy

There is this weird perception that if you are overly happy you must be delusional.  I used to hear it at work all the time.

"You are just too happy."

I am not sure when the default for life was misery but it sure seems set when I hear statements like the one above.  In the world's defense somewhere it became commonplace to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders.  Well you know what?  That thinking has turned the world more sour.

If you want to enjoy life more you need to find ways to lighten up, not take yourself so seriously.  If you need ways to get that done you are in luck.  On today's episode I talk about the ways to spread joy, for yourself and others.

Topics Discussed in this Episode

  • The importance of a smile
  • How to enjoy the humor in mishaps
  • How to infuse every situation from a stance of Love
