245: Understanding Your Values and Honoring Your Shadow

Listen to this episode and all others below

"Shadow owes its birth to Light" - John Gay

You spend so much energy hiding facets of who you are.  This hiding may not even be a conscious effort, which makes it more important to find out these areas.  Each of us has a set of beliefs that we live by, our values.  When you act in conflict to these values you experience discord.

The same is true when you suppress or disavow the less "socially acceptable"aspects of who you are.  There is comfort in knowing you grow when you acknowledge all that you are, the "good" and the "bad".

Listen today to find out the best ways to do that.

Topics Discussed in the Episode

  • How to identify your values
  • Definition of your Shadow
  • Three Ways to integrate your Shadow
