Today I want to talk pragmatically about resolving differences.  I talked all last week about how we create a better world and a better us by creating unity with the whole world.  As noble as community is there are times when process and education will aid you in living a better life.  That is the reason for the step by step approach to conflict resolution that I talk about today.
