If you have been meditating for a while you know the benefits that you are experiencing.  You hopefully have increased your ability to focus, your kindness and compassion and your sense of peace, to name a few.  How cool would it be if your kids experienced the same thing.  Of course you know they can.  Today an article from the Huffington Post talks about how to make that happen.
