1574: The Perfect App for Curbing Your Incessant Scrolling

I’m not immune to the lure of social media. In fact about three months ago I found myself doing something that I hadn’t done before; spending over 30 minutes scrolling through reels on Instagram. Once I caught myself, I decided to find a way to curtail my phone time (and Instagram). I found a great app to do that. It’s called Opal.
