469: Dreams Week: Awake in Your Dreams - Understanding Lucid Dreaming

Lucid Dreaming is not as mystical as many believe.  In fact, many sleep researchers understand the physiological components of the practice.  It has bee referenced by scholars and authors since the times of ancient Greece

Buddhists and Hindus have their form of practice as well.  If all these people have been practicing this form of dreaming, if scientists are researching it currently and if many have experienced it since the time of Aristotle then there must be something to it.  Today I will share with you the basics of lucid dreaming so that tomorrow we can dive in to learning it.
