The best thing about meditation is the ability for you to stop and look at all the aspects of your life to see where you want to focus.  Many people without a practice don't fully understand why they do what they do; they are simply reacting from some set of values and beliefs that they are not even sure of.  Loneliness is a great example.  Many people equate loneliness with something negative.  It's a concept that is instilled in us since birth.  However, nothing has value, good or bad unless we give it some.  Today I talk specifically about that concept in regards to loneliness.
