Sometimes, even if you get the right amount of sleep, you still wake up a little out of sorts.  You have your subconscious to blame, I would imagine.  It's up all night trying to process your thoughts and ideas.  Sometimes in doing that though, you have some disturbing dreams. How do you recover once you have woken up?  Let's talk about it.
