Question of the Day:

How much time do you spend trying to look a certain way as opposed to feel a certain way?

Action of the Day:

Make two meals over the course of the next couple of days.  They should be made with natural ingredients, no chemicals or processed food.

1.) Anything you want to eat - cake, mac and cheese, lasagna

2.) a meal that is designed to be tasty but also give you energy, macronutrients, etc.
