Yesterday I talked about Karma. I thought it was time that you got caught up on what it is. We all hear about it, but kind of talk about it in a very casual sense. And when I say time for you to get caught up on it, I meant me too. Today, I am going to have William Woollard answer the big question, can we change our Karma? Come listen.
Meditation has very ancient roots, at least in the Eastern part of the world. In fact, some people believe that meditation was born as the precursor to Buddhism. I'm not sure which came first. All I know is that even though I do not label myself a Buddhist, many of the philosophies resonate with me, and help me live calmer. Since that is one of the goals of ZEN commuter, I thought I would spend this week talking about some Buddhist beliefs in a very manageable way. I get help from William Woollard, author of The Reluctant Buddhist.
Today is Friday, so that means I have recorded a meditation for you. this one is specifically for help falling asleep. The suggestion came from my newest friend and Patreon super-fan Alex.
