Our culture, and possibly others, tells us to look outside of who we are for answers.  If we have challenges we are directed to go to therapists, clergy and other support systems.  This is good advice, but with a proviso.  Access your inner wisdom first.  Each of us has access to guidance that exists within who we are, but often times the noise of the world and our hectic schedules keeps that info hidden.  Today I talk about 4 things to be aware of when accessing your inner guidance.
