ZEN commuter has a few common goals.  Help you become more purposeful, kinder and happier to name a few.  However, there is one goal that is ultimately the most important one, and that is teaching you how to love and appreciate who you are.

If you don't start there then the rest is for nothing.  If you can't agree that you are remarkable, deserving of happiness and joy, then you will sabotage your efforts to make it happen.  Consciously you may want to be happy, but if your subconscious isn't on board then it's easy to see who will win.
