This morning I talked about how toxic the news can be to our wellbeing.  Let me bring it further home with the question, quote and action of the day (week)

Question of the Day:

For watchers of the news: What, if any, was the last thing you watched on the news that spurred you to action, changed your life for the better?

For Non-watchers: What would you tell someone if they asked you why you don't watch the news?

Action of the Day (week):

Spend an entire week without any news: no TV news, Internet news, newspapers or radio.
