There are several ways to create peace within you. One way is obviously with your thoughts and feelings. However, it can't be said enough that your surroundings help create (or destroy) your wellbeing. In the best of situations you can choose to only frequent places that lift your spirits.
In the times that is not possible there are ways you can create a sense of peace by making conscious decisions. Today I list ways to create a peaceful environment that utilizes your senses. Follow this sage advice and you will bring some Zen wherever you go.
