Most of us don't spend much time thinking about our brains. Which if you think about it is not the optimal plan. Your brain is responsible for, well, everything. Your beliefs, your abilities and your reactions are all the outcome of your brain. I'm not telling you anything new. Many people don't realize that the brain has a variety of different modes, or waves. Each of these waves have a specific purpose.
The more amazing thing to realize is that if we learn how to switch between the different brain wave patterns we can optimize our brains and accordingly our lives.
