938: Creating Community With Meditation, Part 1 - How Connection Serves You

I am on a mission to teach one million people how to meditate.  In my own meditations I have determined that one of the best ways to cultivate world peace is to teach a mindfulness to as many people as possible.  When everyone knows their power and their purpose they no longer feel the need to battle anyone, personally or globally.

To that end, meditation is the best tool for creating unity, having individual meditators understand their connection to all each other and all living things.  The world begins to heal when each of us realizes we are all connected.
