In previous weeks I have focused on the benefits meditation has on your spirit, how it creates an avenue for exploring your spirituality.  Today, and all this week, I am gong to focus on the more pragmatic side of meditation.  The focus will be on how to use meditation to address concerns in your daily life, your daily human life.
