844: Let It All Out: Expressing Your Feelings Will Help Make You Calm
When was the last time you cried. I don't care what parts God gave you, when was the last time you cried, or screamed (alone) for that matter. The point is, the more you express how you are feeling the more calm you will be at other times. Of course I can tell you the methods I use, and hopefully it will lead you to finding your own.
