I have always loved being outside. The fresh air seemed to take me back to a simpler time. And as a curious kid, there was always something new in the forest. However, lately (don't judge), the trees have been speaking to me. Not in full sentences, but they have let me know the are there, and that we are one.
I hear you snickering, slowly looking to click out of this intro. But you can't tell me that you don't feel indescribably better outside. Whether you feel intimately connected with nature or not, you know that being outside is liberating. Today, with the help of EcoWatch, I talk about how to deepen your spiritual connection with Nature.
Things you will learn in this episode:
- How to connect with Nature
- Why walking is less preferable to sitting, in nature
- How nature connects you to divinity
