The holiday craziness is hopefully slowing down for you. Regardless of the time of the year, it is important to learn how to slow down at any time, at a moments notice. Our culture, our technology and societal beliefs all push people to move, and to move fast. However, anyone wishing to live a purposeful life does not yield to the beliefs of the masses unless those beliefs serve them. In this case, they do not.
While the world is telling you to speed up, I am offering that it may be more serving for you to slow down. I belief so fully in the ability to slow down that today I am going to discuss ten methods for slowing down and becoming calm.
