It is no secret that I am a huge believer in the power of meditation. Heck, I teach people how to become mindful, how to meditate. Today though I am not going to go over the benefits of meditation. There is an episode that talks about that very thing; probably more than one of I think about it.
Since meditation is one of the ingredients for a perfect day it seemed necessary to talk about it this week. However, I do know that not everyone knows how to meditate so I have come up with non-meditative practices that help you achieve the same goals as meditation. The best thing is that the methods I discuss don't require any specialized training.
