The holidays are tough on many people. For today's purposes, I am going to talk about nutrition and fitness. This time of the year has people giving up and starting fresh in January. It doesn't need to be that way. You don't need to be one of the people who simply gives up and eats whatever they want on the holidays with the flawed thinking of starting fresh in the new year. Just because we have a calendar doesn't mean we need to start things on Monday, at the beginning of the year or the beginning of the month.
Today I talk about three reminders for eating that will dramatically cut down on mindless eating. These tips, in addition to the questions from yesterday, will have you staying lean through out the holidays and all year round.
